Chef Doug Wilson has 25 years experience in the hospitality industry and has an impressive collection of awards. Doug has been Northland Chef of the Year three times, the Southland Chef of the Year, won the Beef and Lamb Hallmark Award, been runner up in the Chef of the Nation contest, has twice won the Lamb Cuisine Gold Plaque, the Supreme Seafood Gold Award and 2007 HANZ Best Beef award.
